We provide mutual support, encouragement and help with access to a wide range of
beneficial things

Mutual Support and Help

We offer:

  • Support Groups in Hereford, Ledbury and Leominster
  • A support cafe for those of working age
  • Local Activities including yoga, exercise, singing, Boxing and Nordic walking
  • Support for Conductive Education
  • A Facebook page to keep you up to date with our actvities
  • Volunteering and fundraising opportunities

Raising Awareness
 

We help to raise awareness of Parkinson’s disease and how it can affect people. 

Our aim is to increase understanding, establish greater empathy and improve support by working with our many local communities in the county of Herefordshire.

sPARKS Newsletter

Our editor produces sPARKS, a quarterly newsletter with latest news and events. 

It is sent to all our members either in the post or by email depending on their choice.
